Yes. We offer free walkthroughs/estimates so we can see the space, confirm expectations, and build a cleaning plan that fits your needs and budget.

3) What types of buildings do you clean?

We specialize in offices, banks, and schools. We focus on dependable recurring janitorial service, with optional deep cleans or add-on services as needed.

4) What’s included in your standard office cleaning?

Standard service typically includes: trash removal/liner replacement, dusting, wipe-down of high-touch areas, restrooms cleaned and restocked (if supplies are provided), breakroom cleaning, and floors (vacuum/mop as needed). We can tailor the checklist to match your building and priorities.

5) What’s included in your standard bank cleaning?

Bank cleanings are detail-focused and discreet. We cover lobby areas, offices, restrooms, breakroom, and high-touch points (door handles, counters, light switches, etc.). We follow your security rules and can avoid sensitive areas unless you approve access.

6) What’s included in school cleaning?

School cleaning usually focuses on high-traffic areas like hallways, restrooms, entrances, offices, and common areas. We pay extra attention to high-touch points (handles, railings, switches) and maintain clear expectations on what areas are included (classrooms vs. offices vs. common areas) based on your needs.

7) Can we customize the cleaning checklist?

Yes — every building is different. We can build a customized checklist for your facility and adjust it anytime if your needs change (events, seasonal needs, testing weeks, etc.).

8) Do you clean after hours or on weekends?

Yes. Many of our office, bank, and school clients prefer after-hours cleaning. We’ll work with your schedule and access requirements so cleaning is smooth and non-disruptive.

9) Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

We can bring our own supplies and equipment, or we can use yours if you prefer. If you have product preferences (eco-friendly, fragrance-free, or specific disinfectants), we can follow those as well.

10) Are you insured?

Yes, we are insured. If you need a Certificate of Insurance (COI), we can provide it upon request.

11) Who will be cleaning in our building?

You’ll have a consistent team whenever possible for reliability and familiarity with your facility. We follow your building rules for access, alarms, and restricted areas, and we can coordinate any required procedures for schools or secure environments.

12) How do you handle sensitive areas (student information, offices, teller line, etc.)?

We respect privacy and security. We clean approved areas and follow your instructions for restricted zones. If there are areas you want avoided or only cleaned with supervision, we’ll note that clearly in the cleaning plan.

13) Do you clean windows or do floor scrubbing?

We do spot cleaning of entry glass/entry windows as needed. Full window cleaning is available as an extra service. We do not offer floor scrubbing services (machine scrubbing).

14) What if we’re not satisfied with a cleaning?

We want you to feel confident and taken care of. If something is missed, let us know and we’ll address it promptly. We also use checklists and regular quality checks to help prevent issues

We typically invoice on a simple, consistent schedule (often monthly for recurring accounts). Payment terms and methods will be outlined clearly before service starts, so there are no surprises.
